One image from a whole series of water images I have been producing for this craft distillery. This is a single shot that required loads of planning, a great sense of timing, a fair heaping of experience plus some creative post production. I think "real" can be far more inventive and impressive that AI, if you just take time and make the effort.

A local brewery, their design and presentation I very much respect.. a clean and classic graphic design with a sense of typography I admire. I also quite enjoy their product.

I have been looking more deeply into the whole process of food and have been looking for opportunities to photograph various processes of food gathering, growing and preparation.. not just the end result of serving of final dishes. These mackerel presented a small element in that story that I very much wanted to explore.

An apple liqueur cocktail drawing out glorious memories of apple pie in a chilled glass of enjoyment.

Its all in the point of view.. trying for an unusual perspective with as much detail as I could achieve. Local produce.

Asian style long aubergines.. such a glorious rich purple colour. I just wanted to bring out the rich luscious natural colours of a personal favourite vegetable.

A very special limited edition whisky with such a heavy demand the distillery uses a lottery system with a 1 in 6 chance to capture a chance to own one. I wanted to create a very traditional, classic old style whisky shot for a special product.

Roasted vegetables, creating something delicious and highly organized yet beautiful. I spent several days just working with roasting veggies.. loved it.
