自己紹介

My name is Misha Wong, a Clearwater-based photographer born in Cuba, drawn to stories that live in light and shadow. To me, food, family, and weddings all begin at the same place: the table — where connection sparks, traditions unfold, and love is gathered, toasted, and remembered. My work is rooted in feeling. I create imagery that is exotic, moody, edgy — a little off the beaten path. With a background in graphic design, I approach every frame with intention, composition, and artistry, transforming moments into visual experiences. I’m drawn to atmosphere — the warmth of a shared meal, the intensity behind a chef’s hands, the silence before “I do.” I chase what can’t be staged: the in-between, the honest, the alive. I don’t just take photographs. I turn light and shadow into stories people feel — and can’t stop looking at.

Created for Dunedin Mockfusion, this Palo Santo smoked Vermouth Rosso NA by Free Spirits transforms the art of the cocktail into a sensory experience. A celebration of aroma, flavor, and imagination — where tradition meets innovation in every sip.

Created by Chef Jordan Arcuri of Origen, this dish celebrates the beauty of seasonal ingredients through layers of depth, texture, and tradition. A composition where earthiness, fire, and contrast come together — transforming humble ingredients into a refined culinary story.

Before the sauce, before the final plate, there is a moment of pure simplicity—the raw ingredients, the texture, and the anticipation of what is about to be created. I wanted to capture that quiet beauty: the delicate movement of flour falling over handmade spaghetti, transforming an everyday ingredient into a visual story. Because sometimes creativity is not about having everything—it’s about seeing something extraordinary in what is already in front of you.

Behind every beautiful dish is a story of dedication, sacrifice, and countless hours of hard work. I have always been fascinated by the passion and commitment that live behind the scenes—the quiet moments, the precision, and the hands that transform simple ingredients into unforgettable experiences. I was honored to capture this moment with Chef Jordan Arcuri from Origen, a new restaurant in Dunedin, Florida, where his creativity and devotion to her craft come to life with every plate.
