Delicious Jam Jar Cocktail. A great way to use up the last of the jam, add some fresh thyme, 1 1/2 oz of vodka, a squeeze of lemon and top with sparkling water or tonic.

Delicious Strawbery Jam, simple one light set up, no reflector sitting just behind to avoid reflections on the glass.

Delicious Honey and Lemon Madeleines with a dusting of icing sugar. Using a large softbox from behind deepens the shadows and gives an impression of morning light.

Honey is such a versatile ingredient, bringing natural sweetness, flavour and depth to dishes. I used these Honey drippers to showcase the oozy goodness.

Using a contrasting side light I wanted to capture all of the texture and highlights of this vegetable 'butcher'.

Coffee and Vanilla Affagoto. Capturing that moment just before the bitter coffee meets the sweet vanilla ice cream. I used alot of flagging for this image and a hard light.
